“I was looking for a particular color and model of the Ford Tremor. Conway had one coming in with a decent sale price in place. I called and Rachel (on line sales) said they would hold for a refundable deposit. She then connected me with Mackie in sales. He took the deposit, verified the hold process as well as what the price would be given current honored deals. Good communication on car arrival so I was able to get to the dealership the first day it was on the lot. Car was just what I wanted and drove great.
