“save yourself frustration in the future and Do NOT buy from them
They will weasel their way out of any issues that occur after buying a brand new car. Wouldn't even cover a $150 or even a $25 expense that they knew the car came with that issue.
Bumper to bumper does not mean what you think.
ask yourself if you have issues in the future and they choose not to take care of it, would you still buy from them? If no, then why buy now?
I will never step foot on their lot again”

“Enrique Mata in the Sales Department went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle. He was honest, respectful, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. He is truly an outstanding salesperson.
Justin Lewis in the Finance Department made the purchasing process incredibly smooth and straightforward. He also went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and with care.
Overall, the team provided a great experience in a welcoming and professional environment. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.”

“Absolutely the worst company and customer service I have ever had to deal with. They cracked and bent a rim on my daughter's car during a oil change and tire rotation appointment. They completely REFUSE to accept responsibility and work with us to correct the matter but rather they give us inaccurate information! EVERYONE I have spoken to gives a DIFFERENT explanation of events and excuses, which dont even match to the details mentioned on the paperwork. My husband spoke to Robert who completely disregarded our concerns. He didnt even take the time to gather ALL of the facts and information of the matter to even be ae to make a informed decision or statement. Basically, Mr. Robert blew us off when we mentioned going to the BBB for help. "Go ahead" is what he told my husband (or perhaps a different phrase) but basically didnt care. When I called to speak with the owner or supervisor of the company I was told the owner was not at this location and the supervisor was gone for the day. So I asked "you dont have an owner of this place" and she rephrase her statement and said "oh I forgot to say he's not here "right now."" When I tried to get a name of the supervisor I was told his name was Eric. (later I was told there's no Eric there) When I asked about Robert I was told there was no manager named Robert. I later found out there is in fact a Robert who is a sales manager. When I proceeded to try to leave a voicemail for the owner or supervisor it took me 7 minutes and 47 seconds to even be able to get to a voicemail (which I honestly don't believe it belong to anyone who could help as there was no name on this voicemail) Please explain to me why this company feels the need to make it so hard to get in touch with someone higher up?? Really makes it all the more suspicious.
Now a $150 oil change has turned into over a $1000 predicament, all because this company refuses to just do the honorable thing and help us to resolve THEIR mistake. It would've took probably 15 minutes to work something out but now it seems as if I am going to have to contact the BBB again and go forward with the suggestions made by my lawyer.
I'm so disappointed in the way this company treats their customers. They act as if we are so much of an inconvenience to point they lost our business.”

“I recently purchased a truck from Weisner.
Enrique Mata was a huge help in getting me in a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali. After a couple of hours I drove home with a smile on my face. Ryan in finance help to get me the best Rate at a price that was spot on.
Thank you both.”
