“I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving Demontrond another chance, I feel obligated to share my experience. My initial purchase experience involved negotiation tactics that left a bad impression. I originally left a low-star review, and within five minutes my salesperson called me asking me to change it because it affected his rating. He offered a few small incentives, and since I didn't feel he was the primary problem, I updated my review. My concerns were mainly with the finance process and the overall dealership experience. Now, over a month later, I'm dealing with another issue. As part of my purchase, the dealership agreed to pay off my Toyota lease. I was told this would happen within about 10 days. More than a month later, Toyota is still contacting me for payment because the lease has apparently not been paid off. This morning I called the dealership several times. At first, no one answered. When I finally reached someone, I was told a salesperson would call me back. That never happened. I called again later, only to be told that the person responsible wasn't available until tomorrow and that the employee I spoke with wasn't responsible for the issue. What frustrates me most is the contrast in priorities. When a negative Google review affected the dealership's image, I received an immediate phone call asking me to change my rating. But when I need help resolving an issue that affects my finances and credit, I can't even get a return phone call. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds. Unfortunately, this dealership has shown poor communication, poor follow-through, and a lack of accountability. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business here.”

“I have just recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer. While we are pleased with the vehicle we purchased we are very unhappy with the dealership experience. Our sales person Leo was fine to work with. The rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. I have 4 complaints that were not addressed to my satisfaction. 1. Items in the car I traded in were stolen by the staff. We called into the dealership as soon as we realized our mistake. The items of value were taken but an old camp chair was able to be recovered. 2. The used car check that they do must be either not done or completely ineffective. Less that a week into owning the car we noticed a vibration that end up being wheels that were not balanced. I paid to have the wheels balanced and the used car manager would not pay for that repair. I believe that they should have checked that 3. It has taken three weeks of calling to try to get the finance department to give me the sales documents. 4. The number of times I have had to go back to the dealership for something is ridiculous I will not buy another vehicle there and will not recommend to anyone else.”
