“I've bought two motorcycles here and referred quite a few people over the years but I wouldn't go back at this point after finding out they did some significant damage and gouged my clutch cover during a recall service. Brand new motorcycle, never dropped, they said nothing. I didn't notice the scratch until I got the motorcycle out of winter storage, and by the time I called them they claim new ownership and zero faith on the error. Welcome to toxic capitalist America. This is a good reminder to buy from a larger more reputable dealer. They won't be getting my third purchase or any referrals and I'll be sure to remind people how under any ownership going here is not worth the risk with a new motorcycle.”

“Purchased a 2025 Sportsman Touring. Got a great deal on a EPS. John kept us informed and followed up. We added a bumper and winch, which took a little while longer than expected. We were not shown around the dealership, offered a extended warranty, but overall good experience. Oh , no Polaris shirt ,bummer. Update: Purchased Plow Kit for the wheeler today.1/17 25. Parts guys were a great help. Very happy with the plow !! Still no shirt tho.”
