“Zach was great to work with. Communicated through email online. Was great in person as well. Jay, the finance guy that took care of the paperwork signing was also great to work with. But, I had to edit my review and change the 5 star rating to 2 stars just because i'm pissed with Tristan that handles the quotes and financing. When he Originally gave me the quote for 5.49% interest rate through the bank they go with for financing. Came back to me and said that the paperwork is going to show 5.69% but will change back to 5.49% once I sign up for automatic payments. I did sign up for automatic payments but the interest rate never changed. I contacted the bank and the person I spoke to said that they have not done a lower interest rate after signing up for automatic payments for 15 years. So be careful when working with Tristan as he is not truthful with whatever quotes he gives you.”
