“This service department is incredibly nonresponsive. I call and leave messages which are not returned. I ordered parts and no one called to say they were in. Very frustrating.”

“Great customer service and really good prices. It's not the best-looking dealership ever, but with that level of customer service and pricing, it is very hard to complain. I used to take my Kia for service to the Dublin location, and yes, it is nicer, but the customer service isn't at the same level. They also often try to add extra charges that make it much more expensive.”

“Brought my 2021 Kia telluride in for a factory recall. I got their early and immediately Service writer Brian Gillen was argumentative with me. I received two notices one for a recall that had to be done and another potential recall if I was experiencing an oil leak. I have an oil leak around the oil pan on the motor. Brian told me I was no under warranty without asking any questions. I told him I just want to see if the oil leak the car was was part of the recall and if not I purchased an extended Kia warranty. He told me he did not see the warranty and I would have to prove it. Silly me assuming a vin would carry the warranty info across all dealerships. Brian informed me even if I proved to him I wasn’t lying about my warranty coverage I would have to pay $259 up front for the diagnostic work for the leak and then figure out warranty on the back end. Simply put… I was in the market for an EV9 but will now never buy a Kia again. I recommend finding a different Kia dealership for service. Also if you sell or offer a warranty as a competitive advantage, you should honor it.”

“I made an appointment last week to bring my Mitsubishi in for diagnostic I told the receptionist I had a warranty. She set the appointment up . I got a confirmation & a text reminding me to come in. Today came for me to bring it in I called the dealership to let them know I’m on my way she transferred me to service no answer so I left a voicemail so I drove from Pittsburg to Concord. I got there ready to drop the vehicle off & give them my warranty info I told the Guy I was here to get a diagnostic test not sure what’s going on with the vehicle & I do have a warranty , in which I think He was the manager over that department. He immediately says we can’t do any work on this vehicle we lost our Mitsubishi Tech a year ago we are trying to make this building Kia only. I explained to Him I was not told this information & that I have drove a pretty good bit & gas prices are very high he said I could maybe do a recall but nothing else he said you would have to drive all the way to Vacaville to get it diagnosed. I asked why wasn’t I informed this information while making my appointment a week ago & then I got a reminder to bring it in . He said sorry nothing we can do for you here …like it was nothing I have never been mistreated in that manner @ any dealership & to think we were planning on getting another Mitsubishi through them but oh no I don’t think so they are very rude & dishonest. I’m glad I hadn’t already paid for an Uber to take me back to Pittsburg…”

“I just got home from a routine check up right, it went okay about an hour or so. When I pick up my car they said everything was great! I'm arriving home and a light comes up for low tire pressure. What do you know? I have a nail in my car... and wasn't told about it. Apparently they marked it. Customer service was okay. I wasn't told they closed at 5 I almost wasn't able to pick up my car. They were nice but I don't understand why they would let me drive off with a big nail in my tire without at least communicating that to me. In the the picture you can see where they marked it and and can clearly see the nail too. SMH I don't think I would go there again.”
