âI had an outstanding experience working with xcel. From the very beginning, he was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and helped me get a great car at an amazing price.
This was the best car-buying experience Iâve had, and itâs all thanks to xcelâs excellent customer service. I truly appreciate everything he did for me, and I highly recommend asking for xcel if youâre looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you again for making the process so easy and enjoyable!â

âOverall, I had a good experience buying my used Tesla M3 2022 long range here.
Shoutout to Keva, my sales rep. She was great throughout the whole processâalways responsive, followed up regularly, answered my questions, and made everything feel easy. She did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure I was taken care of along with the GM there.
The car was also detailed pristinely and cleaned very well before pickup, which I appreciated. I was impressed.
My only real criticism is the pricing. There was a certification fee that I wasnât expecting based on my initial conversations over the phone and what I saw online. I wish that had been communicated more clearly upfront because it definitely caught me off guard.
To be fair, once I brought it up, the team did work with me and tried to bring the numbers down where they could, which I appreciated.
At the end of the day, Iâm content with the car, happy with the service I received, and grateful to Keva for making the experience a positive one. If youâre working with her, youâre in good handsâ

âHeadline: A Masterclass in "Bait and Switch" and Lack of Professionalism
âI am sharing my experience to warn anyone considering Pristine Mitsubishi in Commack. I found a vehicle on CarGurus with the lowest market price, but after my experience, itâs clear their business model relies on deception.
âThe False Promises:
Before driving 2.5 hours to the dealership, I spoke with Kelly. I specifically asked about "bait and switch" fees because of their numerous 1-star reviews. She repeatedly assured me that the price was firm and the only additional costs would be title, registration, documentation, and taxes. She guaranteed there were no hidden fees.
âThe Reality Check:
âScheduling Disaster: I arrived for my 11:00 AM appointment with the Sales Manager, Marcus. He didn't show up until 11:50 AM and had the nerve to tell me it was "impossible" for me to have an appointment because he wasn't scheduled to work. I had to show him their own confirmation texts to prove I wasn't lying.
âVehicle Condition: Despite the "clean" video they sent me, the car was in poor shape. It had a massive dent in the door, a destroyed front bumper corner, and a loud, concerning noise coming from the front passenger wheel during the test drive.
âThe Price Jump: When we finally sat down to discuss numbers, the $19,500 price I was quoted over the phone jumped to $23,500. That is a $4,000 difference in hidden fees.
âLack of Accountability:
When I confronted them about wasting my time, Marcus promised to follow up. He left one message, but since then, it has been impossible to reach him. His voicemail is conveniently full, and when I reached Kelly again, she tried to blame an "automated system" for the scheduling and pricing errors.
âI told her clearly: Whether it is a system or a human, it is the face of the dealership. Blaming software for a 5-hour round trip of lies is unacceptable. This place is not a serious business; they lack coordination, training, andâmost importantlyâintegrity.
Final Note to Management:
I have seen the generic responses from Ron (General Manager) on other reviews. Ron, please do not bother responding to this review with a template apology. There is nothing left to "discuss" or "fix" regarding this horrible experience. I already have your email address and will be contacting you directly to ensure you are aware of how your staff (Kelly and Marcus) is wasting people's time and lying to customers.
Verdict: They bait you with low prices to get you in the door and then hit you with thousands in fees. Save your time, your gas, and your money. Go elsewhere.â

âWouldnât recommend doing business at this dealer. I drove an hour to visit the Model Y performance they have. They have it listed for $19,795 and when I asked for the OTD they told me itâll be $28,600+. With the amount of damage the car has, they werenât even making sense on pricing (all four separate rims and zoom in all photos to see damages)â

I canât say enough good things about Takim. From start to finish, he was one of the best people Iâve ever dealt with when buying a car. I came in with unworkable credit and had already been turned down by multiple placesâno one would even touch my application. Takim didnât judge me, didnât brush me off, and didnât give up. And his finance manager Ryan is the best in the business. And I donât say that lightly.
He went above and beyond to get me approved when I thought it was impossible. He worked every angle, stayed in constant communication, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Most importantly, he treated me with respect and genuinely cared about helping me, not just making a sale. He even came with me to the supercharger and made sure I got the account set up correctly and that the car would charge right.
I will definitely come back for any car needs even though itâs a 2 Hour Dr. for me.â
