“I’m actually shocked I’m giving 5 stars to a car lot but they were pretty darn good. Basically husband needed a new (to us) work van and they had a listing with no photos so he went and test drove it and noted some issues. They wanted to run it through service and said they’d call. Now they were overzealous in reaching out and I had to keep reminding them that once the van was through service I was happy to take it for a PPI but they kept emailing, calling, or texting without the van being ready. So I was about to write the whole thing off but they got it done. Husband took it to a mechanic who gave it an excellent bill of health and we put a deposit down to hold it. Nick the finance guy was helpful, and we worked out a nice extended powertrain warranty. We bought the van about a week later and my only complaint there is my husband had to sit around for about 30 minutes before he could sign the paperwork and leave. Not nearly as bad as some lots but aggravating as he had a dr app to get to. All in all good lot, Michael Greene was the rep who my husband mostly dealt with. So as long as the engine doesn’t fall out soon I’m happy. And even then we got a warranty so I feel cautiously optimistic.”
