“First of all, if you want floor mats you had better make sure it is stated on the buyers order that they are included EVEN IF THEY ARE LISTED IN DETAILS OF THE CAR IN THE ONLINE AD AND SHOW IN THE ONLINE PHOTOS!! When they cleaned our car before we picked it up they neglected to put the floor mats back in. When we got home and noticed they were not in the trunk, we called and the manager told us that since they discounted the car THE MATS ARE NOT INCLUDED!! Also, I called the day before pickup to request an updated buyers order because of a mistake the dealer made and it took 4 calls before I finally got it.”
