Though I walked in with a Toyota salesman that had been helping me earlier that day everyone treated me with so much kindness and made me feel so good about my purchase ! “Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at larger dealership. My wife and I drove 6 hours from PA to purchase a CPO VW. Malachi worked in every way imaginable to make the long drive worth it. The car was freshly detailed and ready to go. They negotiated with us on price and got us out the door within the budget we were looking to spend without a ton of back and forth and haggling. We never felt any pressure to buy and were given space to make a decision, which for me is an encouragement to buy. It was a busy night and took some time to get through the paperwork, but Malachi kept us company like old friends. I should also mention that the GM, Zach, came out to chat with us which is something I have never experienced at another dealership. Travis the finance manager was also very pleasant and friendly to deal with, making the paperwork process more enjoyment. I have nothing but praise for the entire sales team at Germain VW Columbus. “Germain Volkswagen (Columbus) has earned customers for life. The employees are amazing and gave us the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to give shout-outs to some of the employees who made the experience so amazing. Jacob Ratcliff was our salesman, and he spent pretty much the whole day with us, going over every option and detail we asked about. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted without ever making us feel like we were being pressured into anything. We planned on just getting a car for my wife, and I was going to get something for myself later down the road, but he was so awesome and put together such a great deal for us that we ended up getting both vehicles on the same day. Travis Rausch also spent a good amount of time with us, going over all the coverage options and warranty information. He made sure we had everything we wanted or needed and found every possible way to get us the most bang for our buck. He was extremely personable and made what is normally a tedious process genuinely enjoyable. Lance Collins was also amazing. He made sure our vehicles were taken care of and that we felt appreciated for our business. We wanted some extras for our vehicles that were not in stock or carried by the dealership, and he went above and beyond to take care of it for us. He had everything we wanted at the dealership within just a couple of days. I know there were more people working behind the scenes to make the experience great and everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly; however, the three I mentioned made such a big impact that I wrote down their names so I could recognize them properly here. They are all extremely deserving of praise and recognition. I can tell you right now that as long as these employees are working at Germain Volkswagen, I’ll gladly drive back from wherever I live just to do business with them.”
