“Dounia, my sales representative at Germain Nissan, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened and was attentive as I described my needs in the used vehicle I was seeking. She understood and supported my desire to evaluate several makes/models, so she did not push me to make a decision on the spot following my test drive. The next day I returned to the dealership to purchase the vehicle I had test driven. Dounia met me there to assist with the purchase transaction, despite the fact that it was her day off! She explained the various charges/fees on the bill of sale and patiently assisted in negotiations with the sales manager on the final price. The dealership did not come down significantly on the price of this particular vehicle, but I feel we arrived at a fair market value. My biggest complaint is that Germain includes a $900 Appearance Protection Package with every car they sell, and they would not remove it. I was able to have this package discounted to $700, but it was really an item I would not have opted for given a choice. Overall, I was very pleased with the sales experience at Germain Nissan and would recommend them. I purchased a great vehicle at a fair market value, and the sales staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Dounia!”
