I contacted Jeromey again and test drive a couple of different Tucson trims. With an offer in had for my trade I challenged Vermain to meet a pretty tough number. They met my number, even a bit below so I could add interior/exterior. Picked a color and that was that! The sales process was easy and all involved were professional and polite. “Truly a no hassle experience! I came in. Got approved by the salesman maybe two minutes after being there. I told him what car I was interested in. He got me set up with a test drive right away! He didn't try to upsell me to something else. He was pleasant to work with. The finance manager was also nice to work with. He got me a good rate and made the experience easy and minimized the stress. Why 4 stars and not 5? Someone (I don't recall who) said they were taking it to get detailed. Whoever "detailed" did not do a good job. The windows lots of streaks, cup holds were all dirty, some crumbs on the seats. I am very happy with my car.”
