“Update 22 Jan 2026. Update: I received a call from Greg at Group 1 GMC advising that the manager has apologized for the inconvenience and that a replacement seat cover will be ordered. I appreciate Greg’s assistance and professionalism in addressing this issue. Thank you. The customer service I received from Greg was excellent; however, it seems there is a breakdown in communication between the technician and the C.S rep. I attempted to pick up my vehicle and the technician had an emergency and did not notify Greg, Then when the repair was completed, the part did not settle to standard and once again, the technician did not communicate with Greg. A customer should not receive a vehicle with a repair in that condition. So i drove 45 mins once agian to leave my vehicle behind. The seat cover still not settle, the seat should look brand new just like when I bought it and instead is wrinkle. So we are waiting for the temperature to get warm and see. Greg C.S was great and he documented everything to ensure GM covers the issue. I suggest a QAQC inspection should be done before reaching to the customer to pick up.the vehicle. Thank you”

“If I could give less than one star I would. Called two days ago to schedule service. Booked with them for 0730 on Thursday, 22 January. Get there early and mixed in with several other patrons. Lady asked who got there first and I stated well I have a 0730 appointment… her response was “so does everyone” they didn’t, I asked another guy but they took people first come first serve… then why have appointment times then? I get checked in and head to the waiting room… at 0750 my truck was still sitting in the reception area and hadn’t moved. I walk to the service counter and ask why my truck hadn’t been moved with a 0730 appointment… gentleman’s response is “well your next but it’s going to be another 20-25 minutes before they start and then a hour or so to do the oil change”. I asked why 0815 when I had the first appointment of the day and his response was “well our quick lube techs do not technically start until 0800”. I then asked why do you offer 0730 appointments then if you don’t start the work until 0800? His response was “to get people lined up”. I guess I do not understand why you sell 0730 appointments but don’t actually start until 0800. Such a waste of time, do not recommend and will never use again.”
