“I know this review will probably get a generic feedback response but oh well…… I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had a negative experience with Headquarter Nissan. This most recent time I took my car in on Friday for a rattling noise. Long story short, it was determined something wasn’t done correctly on a repair they did for me some time ago. I was supposed to get my car back that evening by COB but didn’t happen so we agreed on the next morning. Welllll it’s Monday and still no car or update. I called this morning and no one answered which I’m pretty sure was because they seen my name on the caller id because when my husband called someone answered just fine. I’m still waiting on a return call back. I’m still waiting for someone to care that I do still have to work just like any other average person but guess what I cannot go because I do not have a way to get there. Back when I 1st got my Nissan in 2020 this service department was who I was always recommending. Now I would only recommend them if I wanted you to have an extreme headache. Listen to these negative reviews!!! Notice how the positive reviews are only for the sales side which is fine as long as the vehicle never malfunctions.”

“Chris Herring was an awesome sales representative. His cordial and sincere demeanor made us feel very comfortable. All of our questions were answered promptly without hesitation. We had a wonderful experience buying our new Pathfinder… even with an extended test drive the whole process was around 2-3 hours…there’s always the negotiating factor. We are very pleased with purchasing a dependable, high-end product with beautiful interior and exterior colors ,and just enough technology to be efficient without being overwhelming. Fair price on our 10 year old trade in vehicle and with the end of the year rebates for a new vehicle purchase, it worked out great all around. Headquarter Nissan made a little and we saved more than expected with the end of the year additional $5000 cash reduction on top of negotiations and Nissan rebates.
