He quickly got the answers we were needing and they met us with a deal we thought was fair for both of us. “We had an excellent experience working with Tyler Shepard. We handled most of the process online and by email, and from the start he was straightforward, responsive, and never pushy, just factual and helpful.
When we arrived at the dealership, Tyler met us outside, had all the paperwork ready, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. He walked us through lender options clearly, did not pressure us on add-ons or extended warranties, and took the time to walk through the vehicle, features, and Toyota app setup without rushing.
We were in and out in about an hour and fifteen minutes, which is impressive for a vehicle purchase. Overall, a great experience and exactly how car buying should feel. Highly recommend the dealership and Tyler Shepard.”

“Austin is a great guy to deal with he will do the best of his ability to get you in your next ride. Of course he has to get sales manager approval and we did have some back and forth that he had to go to the sales manager multiple times but he did it with no complaint and at the end of the day got me my vehicle”

“Our first experience buying a car was definitely a learning experience, and one I’m grateful for as a young adult. My husband initially came in and spoke with Blake. While the deal that was offered wasn’t bad, we felt unsure and decided to take a step back.
After I came in to see the car, we decided to call and speak with the manager to better explain our situation. That’s when we connected with Dean — and wow, what a difference. Dean was incredibly kind, relatable, and understanding. He truly took the time to listen to us, address our concerns, and make us feel comfortable throughout the process.
With the help of Dean and Brandon, they were able to work out an amazing deal for us — even better than we could have imagined as first-time buyers. Their professionalism and willingness to work with us completely turned our experience around and made the entire car-buying process a positive one.
