“This was my first time visiting this express service department and going forward I will stick with the Honda Dealership in Lexington. The customer service there is worth the drive. When I pulled into the service area I was briefly greeted by someone who worked at the dealership, but didn't appear to be apart of the service team. Not a single service rep greeted me until I asked an associate sitting in the middle of the room if she was the only rep assisting guests. She pointed to three personnel who saw me waiting and did not acknowledge me as a customer. When an associate did, he was quick to say an appointment was necessary even to get the lightbulb of my front bumper replaced. I ended up going to Advanced Autoparts and a team member there replaced both bulbs for me in five minutes. I won't return to this Honda location on Killian to purchase or receive service for my vehicle. Having worked in the corporate sector for over a decade I would never expect my employees to treat customers so nonchalantly. I truly expected better and assumed all honda dealerships were the same. This business location will not be recommended to others.”

They messaged me at 8 am saying hi Courtney we noticed your keys are here what can we do ! {I didn’t even reach out yet} They had my car diagnosed before 10 am Monday morning Called me ordered me parts and set me up with a rental car all in a blink of a eye ! “We reached out multiple times about pricing and financing and were told we’d get a follow-up call, but never heard back afterward. Once we started asking more detailed questions about the numbers and financing structure, the communication seemed to change. During our visit, we felt heavily pushed toward one specific deal instead of genuinely being helped through the process. As buyers making a major financial decision, we simply wanted transparency and time to fully understand everything before committing. Instead of rushing into something we weren’t comfortable with, we decided to continue shopping around. We ultimately purchased a brand new 2026 Honda CRV EX from Steve Padgett Honda of Lake Murray and had a much better experience there overall. They were transparent, communicative, and respectful throughout the process. My advice to buyers is to carefully review every fee, financing term, and add-on, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to compare dealerships before signing.”
