“Michael and his manager were amazing! They took the time and though of ways to help me get over the hurdle that I was facing in regard to purchasing a car. Even after I'd left the dealership that day feeling defeated Michael didn't stop there. He was still thinking of ways to help me and it worked! I purchased the vehicle that I wanted and was previously turned down for by another JTs that same day. I'm very appreciative of Jts of Killian but especially thankful to Michael for all his help.”

“My experience with this dealership was very disappointing overall. The salesperson I worked with seemed more interested in making a sale than providing good customer service. Once the paperwork was complete, it felt like my concerns were no longer a priority. I purchased a vehicle that was represented as having no accidents and no mechanical issues. After I got the car home, the check engine light came on. To make matters worse, the undercarriage splash shield/cover also came loose and was dragging underneath the vehicle. I immediately took the car back, and they told me the problem had been fixed. Less than three hours later, the check engine light came back on. I returned again and waited approximately 3½ hours, only to be told the issue was something internal. I was then asked to bring the vehicle back the following day. I dropped it off at 9:00 a.m. and didn’t get it back until 5:00 p.m. The dealership claimed they test-drove the vehicle for more than 25 miles each time and that everything was fine. However, I took photos of the odometer before dropping the vehicle off and after picking it up, and the mileage did not support that claim. That made me question the honesty and transparency of the service I received. The one bright spot in my experience was Mr. Isaac. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful in assisting me throughout the process. I truly appreciate his efforts and willingness to help. And I'm still waiting on Greg Miller to text or call me back. He avoided me every time I went there, he text saying he owes me a full tank of gas...I HAVE YET TO GET! Unfortunately, between the check engine light repeatedly coming on, the undercarriage cover coming loose immediately after I got home, multiple return trips to the dealership, hours spent waiting for repairs, and the lack of confidence created by inconsistent explanations, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.”
