“Linda was an absolute pleasure to work with. I came to Carmax on Sunday with my mom to purchase my first car in my own name. While I’ve been in columbia for years as a student, I never switched my residency because I wasn’t sure if I was going to stay in SC post grad. Because of that, we ran into some issues once we got to the purchasing process because I was technically an out of state resident still. For some reason I just didn’t think about the residency part but luckily since I just moved, I was in the window to get that switched at the DMV. Linda was so understanding when this issue arose and was able to save my progress in the purchasing process and keep my car on hold while I ran over to the DMV to get everything fixed. The next day she came back in to help me finalize my deal and now I have my first adult car!”

“Been there a few times. Lots of trashy cars, definitely speaks Columbia. Lots of bad paint repairs, bad smelling cars, looked like a bunch of low cost auction cars nobody wanted. There was an occasional nice car or truck, but a lot to sift through to find them. Never got waited on, even though they said someone would. Go online to other CarMax locations to find a better "no haggle price" vehicle.”
