“Five stars is not enough for Andrew Silvey and the incredible service team at Columbia Honda! I was on a road trip to Virginia with my two young children when my brand-new 2026 Passport (with only 2,000 miles on it) suddenly broke down. We pulled into the dealership on a Saturday, stranded and stressed. Andy, the service manager, greeted us and honestly explained that they were completely booked solid for the day. To make matters worse, because of a nearby FIFA event, every single rental car in the area was fully booked by fans. I was frantically panicking, trying to figure out how to keep my kids safe and continue our trip. Just two hours later, Andy walked up to tell me our car was completely ready. He explained that he and his technician had never even seen this specific issue before. “My 2017 Honda Accord had a TSB out on it for the DRL’s failing in their headlights. I called parts and was told they had the driver, but not the passenger headlight. I did have to talk to a service representative to have them get parts to order the passenger headlight, but it wasn’t much of a hassle. Andrew was the one I mainly dealt with. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and realizing they were busy, had no problem getting out of there a little after 2:00 p.m.. Andrew, and the entire staff there at Honda in Columbia was absolutely amazing! They have two waiting rooms with plenty of seating, and even free snacks if you’re hungry. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall a very wonderful experience with them and would definitely recommend.”
