“I bought my car from here about 3 years ago. Let me start off by saying that the staff is extremely friendly, that’s why they’re getting 2 stars instead of 1. When I originally bought this car, I was told about a lifetime warranty for the life of the car that I was suckered into buying. I was originally told that it would be $800 but when time came to pay the rest I was told that it would be an additional $2000, I should’ve known better, but I bought the warranty. I was also told that the windshield chip/small crack would be fixed before I picked it up, and it never was. As time went on, I had a few issues which is normal for a used car, though when I wanted to attempt to use the warranty, I was told that they would have to diagnose it and that it would cost me $200 to diagnose, and would not be refundable if it’s something that’s not covered. When I attempted to find out what was covered, they couldn’t tell me, they said that I received an email detailing that when I bought the car (I did not, I go through my emails daily and I save all major emails) but the real kicker is that every time I attempted to have them resend me the email they could not, and had to go up the chain of command which took about a week to eventually get ahold of someone to resend it to me. It’s took way too long to get me that email. Now I’m having issues again with my car, thought it would be something that is covered in the warranty. It’s not and I also found out that the warranty I bought is not a lifetime warranty and it’s set to expire within the year. $2800 down the drain. I’ve only owned Fords in my life and can say after this whole experience I will never buy a new ford. My wife was likely going to buy from this dealership when it came time, but after all this, I think we’ll spend our money elsewhere.”

“I live 1 hour and 40 minutes from apple Ford Colombia, but they had the F150 I was looking for (v8 with 6.5 bed ) which is hard to find in my price range. My salesperson was Manny- "what they call the Wizard of Making Deals" we talked on the phone Friday. And got close enough to where I would make the long trip. When I arrived Manny was there waiting for me, the truck was exactly the way that Manny described it to me- No surprises. No hidden issues. Deal was done , no pushing anything on me .Just worked to price i would be happy with and them the same . Next, i work with Justin in finance. I was already pre-approved with my bank. He asked me what interest rate was and if he could see if he could beat it and get a better deal. I said yes, thinking that there was no way he could beat the deal from my bank ! When he come back with interest rate,1.3 %. Better than my bank. Made the deal better than expected.Thank you so much! Great experience all around! Overall , it was well worth the drive. Thanks to Apple Ford Colombia, Manny, the Wizard of Deals and Justin in finance. When it's time for another truck, you are the first place I'm calling hope to see you then!”
