“Very pleasant experience working with Denise (Sales) and Jem (Finance). Arrived at the dealership to purchase a new Wrangler Rubicon. My only must have was Red or Blue. Denise was pleasant, efficient, and fun to work with. I mentioned that I had looked at a 2025 online that had significant rebates on it. She pulled it up in the computer and had it brought right around for a test drive. No hassle, no upselling. After my test drive, she had the initial paperwork completed for finance and even took extra care to make sure the spelling of my name was correct for the various connected services. While I was working with Jem in finance, she had everything setup, Jeep washed, and ready for delivery. Jem in finance was great… brought up all the usual add-ons. When I told her exactly what I wanted, she just focused on that and none of that scary story stuff about the earth exploding if you don’t buy everything. Denise and Jem are definitely assets to the Fairicy Boys team.”

“Denise did everything she could to get me into the Jeep I wanted for the price I was wanting to pay. The Jeep was sold to me with a crack in the windshield but they took care of the replacement at no cost. A week later I noticed a damaged part connecting to a reflector on the side of my Jeep and they also took care of that replacement at no extra cost. Will be recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.”

“My wife and I on a whim, decided to lease a '25 Grand Cherokee. We saw a deal that was expiring in just a few days at the end of the month. We called to set up an appointment and McCall had everything set up for us to see the vehicle the next morning. This phone call was less than 5 minutes, very fast. Once we arrived, Brandon was waiting for us to arrive and took us directly out to the vehicle for a lookover and test drive. He was very helpful in explaining any questions we had about the vehicle itself and the process of leasing as weve never experienced anything with a dealership. We noticed an issue or two on the test drive and they were addressed right then and there before we left the lot. After going through the application process and all that, Adam with sales took us in to sign and finalize all the paperwork. He was also very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know moving forward. The whole process from start to finish took about 6 hours, give or take (including test drive).
