I had the pleasure of working with Paige when I was considering trading in my Jeep Wrangler. She spent several hours working with me, answering my questions, and helping me explore my options. In the end, I decided to wait until after the summer before making a trade, and Paige was very understanding throughout the process. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time or pressured me into making a decision. Her patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service really stood out. I plan to go back and see her in August when I'm ready to trade in my Jeep. It was truly the best experience I have had at a dealership. Highly recommend working with Paige!

So I brought a 2023 Hyundai 3 years ago for my son for college and then I end up buying me a 2025 Hyundai for myself recently I had a problem with the app because it kept automatically saying that I have an account with the old Hyundai that I brought for my son and no one could help me. I was able to reach someone finally by the name of Samantha who was in the sales department and she was able to help me reset the app and show me how to use it to everything. She was so detailed and thorough and confident. When I called around to other Hyundai's they kept telling me I needed to call Blue Link! however Samantha took an hour out of her time to help me get this all fixed and also was able to take me off the old account which now belongs to my son and give me my new account .she was amazing she was very thorough.If I could give more stars I would have. Samantha is the girl If you need a car go through Samantha at Phil Long Hyundai in motor City

I absolutely love my new Hyundai Palisade Hybrid! This is my second purchase from Phil Long Hyundai at Motor City, and once again, the experience was fantastic. Steve Krohns and Luos helped problem-solve and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. They were so accommodating and easy to work with. Gene McFarland, Salesman, was wonderful. His great personality and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole process enjoyable. I truly plan to be a lifelong customer with this team. Thanks for everything!
