Got a call 3 weeks later to be told we had to sign a "COUPLE" of paperwork.. brought our 3 year old child with us to find out we had to re do ALL of the paperwork( we couldve gotten child care if we knew it would be an all day thing ).. with no warning... then we were expected to provide UPDATED payroll and proof of address AGAIN, even though it was already provided when the cars were first purchased.... if I had known or was communicated to us it wouldn't be a big issue....these people need to learn to communicate.... one of the car engine lights is already on....”
