Ryan was also very helpful in walking us through the numbers, making the process smooth and transparent. Brandon in finance went above and beyond to secure us a great deal on warranties. Overall, the sales and finance team delivered outstanding service, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. However, the detailing service did not meet the same standard. The vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned, as the seats were still dirty, and there was even a dead bug visible in the vent. Additionally, some stickers were left on the car, and there was residue on the window that had not been properly removed. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and felt unprofessional. While the detailing team could improve, the sales experience was exceptional, and I would return in the future—especially when my wife is ready to upgrade her vehicle.
