“We had a really great experience here. Anthony, who helped us throughout the process was really amazing. He was genuinely kind, and professional. Never got the feeling his kindness is for selling a car to us. Even after finishing all the paperwork, he stayed around and made sure we are well familiar with the car we bought. He stayed with us very late to explain all the safety features of the car, all the electronic setup, etc. such a professional gentleman.
The finance manager, Sean (Shahin), was amazing too. Very knowledgeable, and with lots of great advice. He did give us lots of great tips. Unlike some other places, he never tried to push a deal or extra cost on us, yet he professionally and very clearly explained advantages of different packages they would offer, and we did buy a package we found useful. Sean was really professional and such a gentleman to do business with. He made the process very smooth!
Overall, it was a solid 10/10 experience.”

Marco was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked with me closely before I made it into the dealership and while I was there. Ted was helpful and friendly in finance. “I recently purchased a new Kia Sportage SX Prestige, and overall it was a positive experience. The team really worked hard to get me into a wonderful deal, and I truly appreciated the kindness and effort they showed throughout the process.
My only suggestion for improvement would be a bit more transparency on some of the smaller technical details. For about a week we had been working out the purchase around a specific vehicle (VIN ending in 3607), but when I got the car home I realized the vehicle had been switched to a different VIN (ending in 8766). It may have been a simple mix-up or inventory adjustment, but clearer communication on that detail would have made the process feel a little smoother.
That said, I want to give a special thank you to Christian and Tom. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Because of them, I will absolutely be recommending this dealership to my family, friends, and anyone else looking to purchase a new car.
Overall, I’m very happy with my new Sportage and grateful for the effort the team put in to make the deal happen.”

“Brought my new car in for tire maintenance. Asked them not to wash the car. They attempted to wash it anyway, and permanently damaged a panel and scratched several of them. This is the KIA EV9 I purchased from their dealer (and I also purchased the extended warranty directly from them). Beware: if you’re doing even a tire rotation, your entire car may come back with damage. I’m continuing to work through this issue with the manager and if they resolve, I’ll update. Two stars because the car buying process was good overall. Zero stars for the maintenance work being done.”
