“I am very disappointed with the service I received. Before the battery was replaced, all of my vehicle’s safety systems, including the Blind Spot Monitoring system, worked perfectly. After the battery replacement, my vehicle began displaying “System Update is not available. See your dealer,” and the system stopped working properly. I have asked for help multiple times, but instead of fixing the issue, I received different explanations and additional charges. I simply want my vehicle properly diagnosed, updated, and repaired. I hope Honda will stand behind its products and provide the customer service I deserve.”
