“My brother and I bought a car together from this dealership last week. It was a long process for us and we spent a few months considering the best car for us across a couple different makes and models of cars. Luckily we started working with Ahmad since the first time we visited Cadillac of South San Francisco. We knew from that first visit that if we decided to go with Cadillac we would choose to go with Ahmad even though the dealership was more than an hour away from where we live. We ended up choosing to buy a CT4-V Blackwing. Throughout the process and multiple visits (5+) Ahmad was patient, knowledgeable, and you could tell he has a passion for cars. We ended up putting in a down payment on a custom build allocation. We had some unexpected problems along the way, like Cadillac deciding to stop production earlier than expected which put our allocation for our car at risk, but Ahmad, his manager, and GM were able to work there magic and save our custom build. Also, closer to the arrival date of the car there was an error/confusion on if that allocation had been claimed or was available, which led to that car almost being sold to someone else over the purchase price my brother and I verbally agreed upon. Once they realized the mistake they backed out of the other deal to keep their word/promise to us even though they could have easily sold it to the other person for more money. Overall, Ahmad was transparent, honest, and kept us up to date about the good and the bad. He even came in on his day off to finalize the transaction with us. Also, He worked with his managers and GM to make sure they did everything possible to keep there word and verbal agreement we made with them back in May 2026. That is rare in the cars sales world and I highly recommend working with Ahamd for any vehicle purchasing needs… especially blackwings! Now we are finally very proud owners of a uniquely spec’d CT4-V Blackwing!”
