“My vehicle had a recall, and I called two different locations. I finally decided to just schedule through this location. I went in thinking the issue wouldn’t be resolved due to the other locations dropping the ball. However, from day working with Val, and ending with Sal & Heather my experience was nothing short of amazing! They made sure I was well taken care of, and answered any questions I wasn’t sure about! I’m so thankful for their hard work to make sure my vehicle was inspected, cared for, and fixed correctly. They went over and beyond!”

“I had my truck towed here, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. When I arrived, the service tech, Lee, asked me what was wrong. I told him I wasn’t sure (since I’m not a mechanic), and the truck proceeded to sit on their lot for three weeks with zero progress.
The breaking point was when Lee called me to say I needed to come pick up my truck because he was going on vacation and didn't want it sitting there anymore. When the tow truck driver arrived to move it, the dealership couldn't even find my truck. The driver had to scout the lot himself to locate it because the staff was completely clueless.
I had it towed to MAC Ford, and they had the engine running in 10 minutes.
From the receptionist to the management, this team is utterly incompetent. They have no idea how to run a service department or manage a dealership. Save your time and money take your vehicle literally anywhere else.”
