I went to look at the Cadi and I fell in love with it! They made me an offer and I countered, they accepted and off I went. I've bought many cars in my lifetime, but this was the most enjoyable one. “My review is based on 2 people because I feel they both need to be recognized. First, Jennifer. I had shown interest in a vehicle I found on their website and Jennifer reached out to me. I live in Spokane and work until 4:30pm so driving out the dealership wasn’t super easy for me. I knew I wanted the car and Jennifer sent me all kinds of videos of the car and answered all my questions. She was even able to get the paperwork started and all I had to do was bring my car in for appraisal and take the new car for a test drive. She even said if I don’t love the car, no pressure to purchase. She worked so fast and I was driving home in my new car and 6 months later I’m still so in love with it. She had to jump through all kinds of hoops for me and not once did she complain. 2nd is Kyra in service. Oh my goodness if there is anyone in the service department you want to work with, it’s Kyra. I’ve had 2 interactions with her so far and both times she has just been the kind of person you never want to stop talking to. I was asking all kinds of questions (some might have been pretty self explanatory) but she was so patient and kind. I had to leave my car with them for some upgrades and she has reached out to me every step of the way with updates and even got me a loaner car so I could still get to work. I just can’t thank her enough. Both of them deserve raises and the highest praise. It takes me 45 minutes to drive to their dealership but I will happily drive it to continue to get the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you both very much.”
