“Absolutely horrible experience at Mercedes Benz of Coconut creek. Brought my GLS Maybach in for warranty service. 4 out of the 5 issues were not fixed or addressed. In addition to that they created a huge damage/collision on the passengers door. Not only did they not inform me of the damage, but they tried to blame ME for the damage. After investigating, they agreed to fix the damage. Upon fixing the damage, they ripped the leather on the back seat, AND left large amounts of overspray all over the door jambs where the paint was fixed. So they damaged my vehicle 2x, and did not even complete all the service work that the car was originally brought in for. I have had great experiences at Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables and Pembroke Pines. Explore other dealerships before bringing your vehicles here for service! Service managers can’t complete basic quality control that you would expect from a luxury brand like Mercedes”
