“This is a wonderful place with great staff that truly make the car buying experience stress free. I worked with Carlos and he showed me a Corolla hatchback that I ended up buying that night. Carlos made the whole experience start to finish worry free and took the time to answer my questions and he made sure the car was something I liked and what I was looking for. I have been to other dealerships in the past where salesmen will hound you and act like they do not want to help you if you are not sure about buying a car and my experience here was the opposite. I even met the manager and he was very warm and friendly. Everyone there made sure you were getting the deal you wanted and within the payment amount each month you had budgeted for. Carlos was transparent with all pricing and they conducted my trade in appraisal while I was test driving with Carlos to speed up the process. They even took approx. $1,000 (a little over) off the sticker price before I even sat down to discuss pricing. Additionally, they valued my trade in for far more than I had anticipated, which was a nice surprise. I do not write reviews often, very rarely, but I truly had a great time buying a car here and would recommend partnering with Carlos. He even stayed well after they had closed for the night to help me download the Toyota app and connect my iPhone via Bluetooth. Donna is also a gem and sent me home with a goody bag that night along with all my paperwork neatly organized and placed in a folder. Great customer service. Thank you, Carlos!”
