“This business has been extremely disappointing and, in our experience, dishonest. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue we’ve encountered, and we have officially decided that we will no longer be bringing our vehicle here. Less than year ago we had an issue where the tire pressure sensors in my vehicle wouldn’t reset, so we took it in to have them checked. We were told that replacing all four sensors would cost somewhere between $800–$900. I say “we” because, coincidentally, my husband’s vehicle developed the exact same issue a few months later. Fast-forward to this summer when we needed a new set of tires. We brought the vehicle in to have the tires replaced, and afterward we were told that the tire pressure sensors weren’t working or turning and would need to be replaced. I asked how much it would cost to replace all four, and we were quoted $70 per sensor, totaling $280. That is a significant difference from the $800–$900 we were quoted previously for the exact same issue. At this point, we have lost trust in this business and will be taking our vehicles elsewhere. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion whenever you’re told something is wrong with your vehicle, especially before agreeing to a costly repair. Ask questions, compare prices, and make sure you’re comfortable with the diagnosis and quote before moving forward.It is a shame because most of the employees are great”
