“Took our Chrysler 300 in for service under extended warranty (bought else where) - car was originally taken to Lafontaine Fenton, and service advisor was not servicing!!! So, did some research and found Randy Wise Clio. Bruce Verdun - Service Advisor has been exceptional to work with. He was upfront about time line, kept me informed of what was going on everyday. Car will be at dealership for about a week - Warrenty company paid for loaner, which Bruce set up. All I had to do was go pick it up from Enterprise. He’s been amazing to work with.
