“I can’t say my experience was perfect. My journey began with an alert in GMC truck regarding my rear brake pads. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived a few minutes early. I was greeted warmly by a very nice woman in the service department. After explaining my situation she got my truck in line for repairs. I waited a while when she came to tell me the details of the repair needed and also that we were approaching lunch time and the techs would be on break for an hour. We agreed it would be best if I returned the next week. I returned and again met the same friendly face. I went to the Lou ge to wait. She came to me a few hours later to tell me that the wrong parts had been delivered and after apologizing, explained that there would be a longer wait. Ironically I ran into lunch time again. After lunch another hour went by and she came to tell me the repair was complete. I went to the service desk to find her apologizing again for the mistake and explaining that my repair estimate had been substantially discounted to make up for my inconvenience. The manner in which a company handles problems defines their integrity and customer service satisfaction. They did right by me and I have no problem recommending them and also returning in the future.”
