“I purchased a 2022 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership just over a year ago. I purchased a $5,000 “Extended Warranty” with this vehicle and one year later, the engine blew up. The lifters on cylinder #6 failed causing major internal damage. Of course this happened near Savanah, GA stranding me for days until I was forced to leave the car at the dealer and fly to my destination. A month later the dealer called and it was done. Total bill: nearly $11,000! This warranty that was supposed to be full coverage, zero deductible, cost me over $1,400 out of pocket for the items it doesn’t cover buried deep in the contract. After I paid the bill and drove away, I made it 600 miles north and outside of Johnson, City, TN the engine blew again. I had to have it once again towed to the nearest Chevy dealer where I had them drop it at the shop. I then walked across the street and bought a brand new Ford Expedition. The Tahoe has been in the shop now coming up on two months and is currently still in TN and I was advised by the dealer that a new engine is now required. The engine failure isn’t the fault of the dealer, but I would absolutely have a pre buy inspection done from a trusted mechanic on any vehicle from this dealer. As a retired police officer, I was sold a “full coverage, zero deductible” warranty which is what I thought I had. Shame on me for not reading all 11 pages of this warranty they upsell you. Be very careful dealing with this place.”
