“On May 28,2026 I had the Works package at Dorian Ford, today June 10,2026 I had to get a new battery because my car wouldn't start and I almost missed my my doctor's appointment. I had to find a ride ASAP. They said my battery was just fine and everything else. Now I wonder how true is that paper that they fill out. I believe they didn't check anything. And when I called to find out if they have drivers that come out to replace it they said no and they don't refund you for the core if they keep the battery. When I filled out the survey on how my experience was I gave him a good rating I wished I would have waited a few more weeks before I filled it out. Customers beware especially if you're a woman they lie to you. Shame on you Dorian Ford.”
