“I purchased a performance calibrator and a keyless entry keypad, both from Ford.com accessories, and paid installation. My local dealership does not participate in Ford.com accessories, so I chose Cleveland Ford. Cleveland Ford was great. They received the items quickly and contacted me to schedule installation. The dealership waiting area is extremely well furnished and has great coffee options. The vibe in the waiting area / gift shop is cool, and has some local Tennessee facts on the wall. The staff are professional and courteous. Installation of both of my items were completed in just 2 hours and since I pre-paid, no additional charges.
