With that being said Everyone there was very nice and friendly. They still owe me a piece for my truck which they had to order, so I will be doing a follow up review once that part is completed.”

“EDIT: it has been less than 30 days and the car is deemed unsafe to drive and a fire hazard. Sold with a cracked oil housing unit causing smoke to come from under the hood. When Jay was asked (on more than one occasion) about the last oil change he was positive and confident it was done by the service department 😂obviously not! Unless the service department cracked it and concealed it while doing the said “oil change”. Does not take accountability or have an ethical bone in their bodies. Jay and his GM have ignored request for method of communication, have not returned calls and even walked past without acknowledging. Scum! Talked to a recent worker and they said they were embarrassed to say they worked there. The professionalism and the knowledge of the service department, especially those of the managers, are sub par and once they make a sale they wash their hands. The employee admitted service is over worked and under staffed and the priority is moving cars and not the quality of the service. Pre inspections are rushed and not really important compared to other things. Bare minimum is standard. Over 20 complaint with the Attorney General and numerous of BBB complaints. This specific location is a mess and is the stereotypical used care dealership. Beware! Beware! Beware! Jay went over and beyond! We came with a few cars in mind and he made sure we saw them all. Even having one brought from Bedford. He knew we would go with the first car we test drove but he didn’t rush us and made sure we saw the others. He literally moved mountains of snow to get us one of the cars even though he knew we weren’t going to go with it. He wanted us to be completely sure and confident in the decision. When it was time to talk numbers we were a little disappointed with the initial payment plan but he was patient and listened to us. In the end he was able to work some magic and close. He knew the car was meant for us and he made sure he made it happen. We left very happy and comfortable. He was not pushy or “too much”, it was very natural. Great Experience. We will definitely recommend Jay to others.”
