“Great experience. I have been hunting a specific car for my wife, and one never knows what they'll get with a dealer. Crown Acura was solid. I was straight forward with my thoughts and expectations, and communicated with the salesman. He took my mandatory information and left me to my business. I kept him in the loop with my process (video calling wife), and let him know what I needed next. I expect to see under a car before buying it, and they got it in and me under it fast. Nothing to hide, quick and easy. I confirmed with my wife she was good, and made an offer. I didn't make a stupid offer to argue and nitpick for hours, I made an offer I thought was fair for us and for them, and they agreed. Could I have gotten a better deal? Probably. Could they have done normal dealer shenanigans and made it a painful process? Absolutely. Thankfully there was mutual respect, and a quick process. They were great about getting the car ready in the next few hours and sending my wife everything she needed to walk in and walk out. We came back in the afternoon. She reviewed it herself, and we walked in, signed paperwork, and walked out. We spent MAYBE 30 minutes in the finance office. They asked about a warranty as they have to, I told them that's why we are getting a Lexus, and moved on. Honestly, a lot of dealers are there to squeeze every dime out of you, whatever it takes. These guys were reasonable, respectful, and made what can be a frustrating process into a breeze. Unfortunately, we were in and out of finance before our salesman could get that drink he was going to get me... 9.99/10.”
