“My husband travels for work to different states. When he returns home, he always takes his Jeep Wrangler for maintenance to ensure his car continues to run well. He just had $5k worth of maintenance & repairs done and after picking up his car, he noticed a sound coming from his back passenger side tire. When he pulled over to inspect, he realized 3 of the 5 lugs were missing. When contacting the dealership, he sent them the picture (pic 1) and they said the tires were never taken off during the repair intimating that it must have been that way when we brought it in. We screenshotted a pic (pic 2) from the inspection video they sent to us which clearly showed the tire that had all of them when they did the inspection. Mistakes happen and they could have just said sorry and taken care of it. They initally asked us to bring it back in but after informing them that we did not want to drive it due to a safety issue. Kaitlyn, the young lady that was handling everything for my husband was very communicative and helpful in trying to resolve the issues for us but it was beyond what she could do. My husband ended up driving there himself in my car to retrieve them and they still sent him back with the wrong sized ones. They had to send techs out to do it and they too had the wrong sized ones and had to return back to the shop yet again to get the right sized ones. This is incompetence at its finest. I have a call into the manager to complain & find out what went wrong but have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointed.”

“I went in for a simple oil change on my Wrangler Sahara and walked out with a Rubicon X. Was I expecting that? Absolutely not!
