“We bought our Honda CR-V from Headquarter Honda last December, and it has been perfect for our growing family—especially after welcoming our son in January. The car has been reliable, comfortable, and everything we hoped for, and the staff who helped us purchase it were fantastic. I recently brought the car in for its 7,500-mile service. I had called ahead and was told the wait would be 2–3 hours, which was totally fine with me. But when I arrived, the situation had changed and I was unexpectedly turned away. That’s when one of the employees stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She apologized, made things right, and ensured I was taken care of with outstanding service. Her professionalism made all the difference. While waiting, I ran into our sales rep who showed me around the lounge—and I have to say, the lounge is a standout. Great coffee (seriously good!), plenty of creamer options, comfortable seating, and well-stocked vending machines. No over-the-top café, no gimmicks—just a genuinely pleasant space to relax while your car is being serviced. The service ended up taking only 1 hour and 30 minutes, much faster than expected. I left impressed with the level of care, communication, and hospitality. We’ll absolutely be returning here for future service appointments. Headquarter Honda continues to earn our trust with great people and great service.”
