“Julio’s attitude and terrible customer service should be no surprise since that’s the usual attitude of Ford Dealership employees. I came in to see if ford would be willing to purchase my used Escape. It had high miles, and I know it’s most worth much, but car max offered me a pretty fair price so I figured I’d see what ford would offer. The initial sales person, Dylan, that I spoke with was good. Polite and friendly. Julio on the other hand didn’t even speak to me except to tell me “I’ll buy it for a thousand” while walking away from me. No eye contact. No hello. Nothing. When I questioned that ridiculously lowball price he said “cars rough”. And walked away. I understand it has high miles but the inside is immaculate and the outside only displays normal wear for a 9 year old vehicle. I’ve never had anyone tell me the vehicle was “rough”. I could live with the fact that they didn’t see it as a smart purchase for them, but there’s better ways to be engage with a customer than this. Julio’s behavior is another prime example of why I’ll not only never buy another Ford, but also never step foot into this dealer again.
