“I was searching locally and on-line for a used Ford F-150 finding a few I liked at several dealerships. Frontline had the best asking price for similar trucks and had a color that caught my eye. After indicating interest in purchasing, Adam called me right away and we worked out an acceptable arrangement to purchase and ship the truck to me. They were forthcoming about some repairs they had made to get the truck ready for sale. My only regret is not asking two specific questions for buying out of state and on-line. Are there two functional keys? And has the vehicle been smoked in? Both issues are readily resolvable and overall I am happy with my purchase. There is a risk to buying sight unseen but it has worked out well for me on the two occasions I have used this method — my experience with Frontline being the most recent. “I have been debating on making this post. I’ve had my car for a year now and am STILL having issues! They promised that the few things I mentioned would be taken care of. When I got there, they still had not fixed anything. The sensors were still messed up, (they tried to say that the car was just sensitive, but it shouldn’t be going off as I’m driving!) Driving off their lot, the light came on due to the oil being low. They said it was due to needing an oil change. I continued to bring my car back to for the next month due to numerous messages popping up. They said it was because I needed a new battery and that it was COLD. They wanted to keep the car each time I brought it up there. The last time they kept it for almost a week and charged me $145. I missed time off work, I had to depend and find rides from other people because the things they said would be fixed weren’t and I do not live close! I had 3 OIL LEAKS!!!!! And many messages that continue to pop up. I’ll post the photos that I shared with them that they dismissed and said it was due to it being cold! The driver window also gets stuck. This place is a joke honestly, they have nice cars but if you do choose to buy from here please get the car looked at by a mechanic. I have poured so much money into this car due to the issues that they knew about and failed to fix after promising.”
