โ€œI had an awesome experience buying my car thanks to our salesman Big Mike. From the moment we walked in he was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He kept us laughing with jokes and stories the entire time, which made what can normally be a stressful experience actually enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never made us feel pressured. If youโ€™re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and makes car buying fun, heโ€™s your guy!โ€

โ€œBEWARE! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP or ANY Wyatt Johnson Dealership! We bought a Crosstrek from Wyatt Johnson Subaru in Clarksville, assuming it was properly inspected before it was sold. We learned that it hadn't even gotten an oil change before it was sold to us. Also, it started running really bad within a month of owning it. We brought it in and they quoted us $6000 to fix it. However, it was a Saturday so the warranty company wasn't even open to appraise it and find out whether the repairs would be covered by the warranty we purchased. Of course we weren't told this until we waited 3 hours in the lobby and were sent home with nothing having been done. The sales manager, James, called us after we left to offer a loaner car in the meantime which we accepted. That Monday I got a call saying the repairs would be covered by the warranty and we would just have to wait about a week to get it back. We got the car back and they tried to charge us a deposit which I was told they would cover for the inconvenience. Thankfully I still had the text message stating this. When I looked at the report about what they fixed, they fixed things that weren't even quoted to us and ending up costing them about $3000. Weren't still unsure why there's such a discrepancy... fast forward about 3 weeks and the car wouldn't start one morning as I was trying to leave for work. They came and jump started the car and left us with a loaner. They called to let us know the car needed a new battery and to let us know about another repair it needed, and a leaky axle which we thought they already fixed. We asked about whether it would start with just a jump starter and they said yes. So we drove to Walmart to buy a jump starter to keep on hand. We needed it within the 2nd trip of driving the car and it didn't even start. So we had to call a tow truck. It was towed to Nashville Subaru and they also said it needed a new battery, which we had to pay $660 dollars for. On our way home that same night, our oil light came on and the engine started knocking. Thankfully we made it home before it seized up or something catastrophic happened. We had to pay $171 for it to be towed but I REFUSED to bring it to Wyatt Johnson for any repairs, so I had it towed back to Nashville Subaru. I'll find out tomorrow if it needs a new engine, but after seeing METAL pieces in my oil tank, I'm positive thats what will need to happen. This dealership sold me a lemon and I'll never buy another Subaru after my experience. All this said, we've reached out to Wyatt Johnson to get help to remedy the issue and now they've stopped answering calls or text messages. Super shady place! Update: Not even Subaru of America will do anything to help, even though we've been quoted $50k in repairs and labor in 4.5 months. Even after we paid to put in a new engine, a few days later our transmission went out and once again I'm without a vehicle and Subaru of America, Nashville Subaru, and Wyatt Johnson will not to anything to help or accept accountability for selling a car that was screwed up due to lack of maintenance from the previous owner. Never again will I trust Subaru to be a good or trustworthy company because THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!โ€

โ€œBig Mike is the best. This was our first time buying a new car and he made the process easy. But if you ask him about u-turns, he knows nothing about the legalness of them in Clarksville ๐Ÿ˜‚ We started our test drive in the car we actually ended up buying, Big Mike told us to take a u-turn, and then as soon as we turned we got lit up by the police. Turns out it isnโ€™t legal in Clarksville ๐Ÿ˜‚ we ended up with just a warning and a funny story. If you ever need a Subaru, Big Mike is your guy.โ€

โ€œWe had an amazing experience at Wyatt Johnson Subaru in Clarksville! We used a broker "Joe's Car Concierge" that we trusted. He handled everything from start to finish to make sure we were treated properly in buying a new car. We didn't have to fuss and fight and go back and forth with a dealership. Joe handled it all. However.... Joe doesn't place his trust easily in a dealership and when he said "this dealer knows what they are doing" he placed us in good hands. From start to finish, Wyatt Johnson Subaru did an amazing job! The deal was great, the process was great and the car is amazing! Thank you Joe's Car Concierge and Wyatt Johnson Subaru in Clarksville for making this a painless process!โ€
