“Car was in the shop for 4 weeks. I understand it was the holidays but multiple times I was promised maintenance would be complete only for it to fall through. Joe was always helpful whenever I called to check in. They were able to quickly give me a loaner after 2 weeks as well. After I got the car back about 20 minutes into my drive home, I stopped producing boost pressure. Got home to find the charge pipe disconnected. The clamp seemed loose like they didn't even torque it back on. Easy to DIY but I shouldnt have to. TLDR; service department customer service is great, mechanics need to do a little better during their final inspection of the car. Edit: car was in for warranty repair.”
