“I had originally been looking at multiple vehicles at Honda in Germantown and honestly didn’t expect to end up buying my car from Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville. I only came to check out one vehicle, but after the test drive, I absolutely loved it. My salesperson, Darnell, made the entire experience exceptional. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions truthfully, was incredibly kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re worried about financing and making the right decision, but this dealership made everything so simple and easy. Aria in finance was just as wonderful. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made financing so much less intimidating. “4.24.2026 - Dishonest & Not Recommended! Repairs less than 30 days from purchase Purchase a 2015 Honda Fit with less than 54k miles for commute. Savco Repair Center assessed the Honda Fit with transmission & brake problems of rotors & brakes. 5.12.2026 & 5.19.2026, Honda of Greenbelt assessed the Honda Fit, completed the services for brakes & transmission, alignment, replace door strip, & install a front number license plate bracket. Note: When I first purchased the car I was told and provided documents of recent services. I received a response from Jim Coleman Honda Representatives, requesting to review the 2015 Honda Fit. I did not trust Jim Coleman Honda Columbia MD to do the service work, after my experience.The repairs at Honda of Greenbelt cost $509 & Additional repairs A copy of the repair bills and service needs was sent to Jim Coleman.Total cost of $934.00 5.23.2026, In response to Jim. Coleman Honda - Additional service to the 2015 Honda Fit was completed by Honda of Greenbelt. The problems should have been resolved prior to purchase from Jim Coleman Honda. The 2015 Honda Fit was vehicle, less than 30 days from purchase date & the Sales Representative stated with documents that the 2015 Honda Fit was inspected & service. Furthermore, integrity of purchase & service is not reflected, not would I believe Jim Coleman Honda to deliver on promises. I suggest a customer seeking to purchase a used vehicle for a child or new driver, visit for Honda of Greenbelt or another dealership.
