“I honestly expected a premium ownership experience when buying a vehicle that costs well over $100,000, but the service department has been a huge disappointment. The receptionist was pleasant and professional, but once my call was transferred to the service department, everything went downhill. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes listening to repetitive elevator music, as if my time had no value. No updates, no apology—just endless waiting. To make matters worse, the vehicle continues to have recurring issues. When you're buying the car, you're promised world-class service and an exceptional ownership experience. Once the paperwork is signed and service is needed, those promises seem to disappear. Luxury vehicles should come with luxury customer service. Spending over $100,000 on a vehicle shouldn't mean being left on hold for half an hour just to speak with someone. Land Rover builds premium vehicles, but this dealership's service experience is anything but premium.”

“Buying the car from Matt C was a very good experience He was friendly and helpful with everything. After the sale is where everything fell apart. We spent a great deal of money on a new Range Rover Sport. After driving it for a few days we decided we would like to add side steps to the vehicle. The price we were quoted at the time of sale we thought was pretty high $8500.00 After some thought we called back to the dealership to confirm the price. We were then quoted $9700.00. I asked if this was a joke. This is for installing electric side steps. After very little research I found out the kit for the side steps was priced in their accessory catalog for $5700 and change. So the service department was trying to charge me over $4000.00 to install them. I then called another Land Rover dealer and got a quote for $7400’.00 installed. I then received a call from a very smug and arrogant Service Writer named Marcus from Land Rover West Colombia asking when we’re going to install the side steps. My reply was. We are not doing anything at that price. He suggested I buy stationary side steps to save money. I told him that’s not what I want. He asked what it would take to do the job. I said lower the price below $8000.00. Hr said “No that’s not happening”. I asked if he was reducing the price at all. He said NO. I said good bye we are done here In closing, there is 0.0% chance I would ever step into or refer anyone to this dealership I received many texts from the Saleman apologizing for the treatment I received. And not one word from Managment. And all this after purchasing a car with an MSRP of 95000.0.”
