“Updated review: This dealership raises serious concerns about transparency when it comes to their USED VEHICLES. I has to take the car I purchased from them to a shop after just t 2 weeks. It turned out to be a failed turbo that needs to be completely replaced. 1.5 months after purchasing this vehicle from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, it is back in the shop due to the check engine light. Metal shavings were found in the engine, and the vehicle might need an engine rebuild or a full replacement. Infiniti sold me a piece of crap. Talk about a shady business! No accountability and dishonesty company! WARNING: If you are considering buying a used car from this dealership, do so at your own risk. An extended warranty won’t change the fact that you could end up dealing with major mechanical failures immediately after purchase.”
