“If I could leave negative stars I WOULD!! I bought a 2020 Chevy 1500 on June 23rd. The sales guy wasn’t very personable and seemed like we were bothering him, but whatever. First the breaks they redid were done wrong and squealing horribly, when we mentioned it before purchase he said ‘they’re brand new breaks and just need driven a few miles. Guess what? I had to bring it back 2 days later because they were squeaking and grinding so loudly. They put the hardware on backwards!! (I live over an hour away) then on day 11 of owning it, the transmission went out!! I called them and they said I could bring it in and they’d look at it when they could but they had no loaner or anything to offer (mind you, I have 4 young kids). I told them I had to have a vehicle and they basically just said ‘tough’ then said they wouldn’t trust any mechanic and they want to see it to believe it. I JUST GOT THE TRUCK BACK FROM GMC MUSKOGEE (who gave me an immediate loaner thank God) and the crap warranty melton sold me would only cover a torque converter and not the entire transmission. So guess what? MY ENTIRE TRANSMISSION JUST WENT OUT!!!!!!!! At this point I’d rather do public transit than buy from them again. 3 times in the shop and I haven’t even made my first payment yet”

“Bought a used Chevy sonic. Dealership said they were going to fix the AC. Had to bring it back after the salesman said that they changed out the entire system, which was not true. The car was stalling while I was driving down the road because of the bad compressor. He did admit in the end that he had no idea what the service department actually did. It was low on coolant, so I dont think they did anything. They DO NOT use GM parts and order cheapest parts from China per salesman. They changed the compressor and I had AC that worked for EIGHT DAYS before it went out again. The car smelled when I test drove it. I asked them to detail the car. Supposedly the detailer had it for 2 days. Car was disgusting when I picked it up. Took an hour scrubbing it down and a week for the smell to get out. Exposed wires on the wiring harness for the fan that need fixed. Left bolts off of my coolant jug and a wiring harness. 3 out of 4 tire sensors don't work. Needs an alignment. The door lock on the door doesn't work. Does not care about the buyer's safety. Zero star, untrustworthy, poor service department. Never again. Graduated with Jake Melton class of 2004... thanks buddy! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If you're looking for integrity, won't find it here.”
