First of all, I have to say that I had the best experience buying a car at Puente Hills Toyota. Going to dealerships is very stressful because of the way salespeople treat you to get a better profit for themselves, and I understand that, since it's part of their job. I visited about four different dealerships (Nissan Cerritos, Surf City, Ford Lake Elsinore…) without being able to get a good deal even though having excellent credit. But when I arrived at Puente Hills Toyota, everything was different. From the attention you receive at the entrance to the service you get. I was helped by Alex Lim, who was incredibly helpful and very understanding of what I was looking for, the loan term, and the monthly payment. From the first moment, he gave me a good vibe and made me feel confident that I wouldn't be scammed. If you're looking for a Toyota or a pre-owned car, believe me, Puente Hills Toyota is an excellent option. I highly recommend it, especially if you ask for Alex Lim. I had a great experience purchasing my car at Puente Hills Toyota. Carina Chan was honest, communicative, and worked hard to secure a competitive price for us. She honored the quoted price with no surprises and even took the time to help me set up all the connected services before I left. I really appreciated her transparency and professionalism throughout the entire process. Jason Lopez in finance was just as respectful and straightforward. He took the time to clearly explain every option and ensured we fully understood everything we were signing. He was also able to help us secure an excellent deal on an additional warranty, which we felt comfortable adding after he walked us through the details. Both Carina and Jason were patient, thorough, and genuinely focused on making sure we were confident and satisfied with our purchase. Overall, it was an amazing experience working with them, and I would highly recommend Puente Hills Toyota to anyone looking for a smooth and honest car-buying process.

Sales Rep. Natalie was the best. She’s not pushy. She listens attentively and helps you get the car you want and payments you feel comfortable with. Dan the Sales Manager came over to introduce himself. He heard what I was looking for as far as payments. He made it happen. Susie B. the financial Manager was awesome. I had an amazing experience at Puente Hills Toyota. The team truly went above and beyond to help us get a great deal, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, we felt like VIPs. They were patient, professional, and made sure we understood everything. This was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Got a new 2026 Sienna XLE today from Puente Hills. Carina Chan was my sales rep and she was fantastic - she helped me line up all the details so that the dealership experience was as smooth as possible, and very timely and transparent when we communicated. FYI Siennas fly off the lot in SoCal, so protip is to be decisive. Kim, the finance manager, was great to work with as well as Danny from Finance who's got jokes for days. Overall a great crew that understand what customers want without playing games.
